"Ovago is the biggest scam of a company"

Ovago is the biggest scam of a company. After COVID-19 they charged me $100 for an airline voucher which is supposed to be free. After a year of back and forth they confirmed a flight, then called two weeks before my trip to tell me the airline rejected my ticket. The balance is now $978, taking the ticket total to $1,500 with my credit. After two days of hour long calls with representatives and checking the airline site directly, airline tickets were cheaper than third party. I told them this while being on the phone with them and they referred to an ITB ticket but could not explain what that was or why it is more expensive. With regards to the price seen online directly with the airline, Ovago states that this is a public price that anyone can book, but apparently not Ovago... I had to book a flight two weeks before my trip directly through an airline.
