"My first time with OVAGO"

My first time with OVAGO, so it took me a little time to get comfortable with the process. Caleb eased the experience for me and was super responsive and helpful to get my tickets booked. The best way to book a ticket through this site is by calling them. You might have to wait in line for a few mins, but the agent (Caleb) did his best to give me a good deal

"FAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE 101"

FAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE 101: When there is a problem, Candy should address it the 1st or 2nd time and not when I have to resort to making a dispute with my credit card company and only then contacting me, if only to demand that I remove the dispute before you consider whether to refund my tickets! That after you sent an email because flights changed by a full day and you offered a refund but when I hit the "click here" the link was broken! Oh and the credit card companies ruled in my favor! Thanx for the lesson to stay away from Ovago!

"Worst horrible experience…"

Don’t waste your breathe or money. Horrible experience cost me a lot of money and customer service deflected all responsibility for the last moment cancellation. The customer service may be worst than money lost. I wish I could just speak with someone there that is willing to service me.

"Will do everything to avoid giving you a refund or letting you use a travel credit"

Dealing with Ovago has been a total nightmare for my wife and me. We purchased tickets for a trip back in 2021 but the airline ended up changing the schedule. We were offered the option to cancel and receive at least a partial refund or travel credit so we took the opportunity. We canceled the flight and submitted the refund request which we never received any solid response on until a few days ago when they said it was rejected. During that time we called constantly to see if we had received a travel credit during which time we were continually informed that they were waiting on a response from the airline. Eventually, we called the airline and they said they had approved us for a travel credit, but by that time a year had passed since the time of issuance. It certainly appears as though Ovago was avoiding giving us a solution so they could take our money and run, and delaying the issuance of a travel credit so that eventually the option would expire. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating and lost us about $1600 which is a lot for a couple of college students who just wanted to visit their family out of the country. At this point, we are ready to take legal action because we were lied to multiple times, and hung up on, and in general, Ovago avoided giving us a solution so that they could keep our money without giving us any sort of benefit.

"One will never believe such assistance exists"

I looked for an urgent flight from TLV to Chicago . Prices I got from all over are very high and a lot of the regular flight I am using are sold out. I finally got the website address of Ovago and to my surprise I received an awesome assistance from Raavi. She helped me to locate the best option and when this was not available she found me another route and all the time waiting with me online to make sure all was OK until the final approval. In my next flights I am sure I will come back to Ovago and to Raavi

"Cheaper tickets with no service. That’s your trade off"

Cheaper tickets come at a huge price- lack of customer service when you need them. Call Holds can be for hours (really) , e-mails will not be answered, no one at OVAGO will own your issue and if you buy from them, the airline will not be able to assist you at all. My issues took 2 months to resolve no thanks to OVAGO. A note to the ceo of the airline got things resolved by booting OVAGO trace on the ticket. You get what you pay. For me, I stay away. Oh! They will surely reply “concerned” as you can see the trend below. It’s a gimmick. 2 months they were not concerned
