Really awful experience in the Harrogate store. We were looking to spend around £70. Had two types of valid discount that had been ‘authorised’ by Rituals but the server wasn’t having any of it. Really unhelpful, rude, didn’t listen and just talked over us. Won’t be going back in.

Me regalaron mis amigas un cofre de cremas con posibilidad de cambiarla con ticket regalo. No me ha gustado y cuando voy a la tienda me dicen que no lo cambian porque la cinta que envulve el pack , que quite para abrir es donde estan todos los codigos. El cofre ni las cremas estan tocadas. Deberian de avisarlo porque esto es totalmente engañoso. Lo compre en tienda. En centro comercial Artea.

"Voucher "

Je hebt een ING voucher. Je wilt bestellen online. Product is in de aanbieding. Zodra je dit wilt bestellen en je voert de code van de voucher in, wordt de volle mep weer gevraagd van het product. Waarom? Erg klant onvriendelijk. Product bestel ik wel elders!

"Pour un cadeau : La vente en ligne est déconseillée "

La vente en ligne est déconseillée : produits mal emballés ( boîte de savon ouverte, bombe de gel également avec produit qui s est échappé , d'où des achats collants , emballage cadeau payant mais trop petit qui se résume à une pochette cartonnée blanche ). Le service client offre royalement 5€ de dédommagement. Je persiste dans mon mécontentement : il me propose de renvoyer mes produits. ( j ai emballé moi même et offert comme convenu mes achats )
Conclusion : privilégiez la boutique.
Lisez les avis : le service expédition bâcle son travail.

It’s funny how the company’s value proposition includes connecting people together but at the same time they don’t hire international and their employees don’t even speak good English. I wouldn’t shop from a racist company .

Wij zijn net in Enschede geweest en fantastisch geholpen door Jasmin!
Onze kadobon werkte niet, zij nam alle tijd om het voor elkaar te krijgen, bleef heel geduldig en vrolijk!!
Echt een groot compliment voor Rituals Enschede en in het bijzonder Jasmin!!!

"Lovely products rubbish customer service "

I bought a refill diffuser online. I never received but I did receive and item I bought just after. Then I received a huge parcel full of stuff I didn’t order. Since then it’s been a nightmare. Customer Service seem to be a bunch is airheads. They have completely dismissed the fact I have received my order. They made me take a photo of the box then what’s inside it. It’s rubbish. I didn’t order it I don’t want it. All I want is my diffuser. I’ve had issues ordering it’s only because I love that diffuser I order with them. Otherwise I’d definitely avoid.

Ich hab einen Genie und einige Duftspender dazu MIT Kundenkarte gekauft und leider Gottes hab ich die Rechnung liegen lassen. Der Größte Fehler meinerseits. Aber wenn die Kundenkarte ja dazu bestimmt ist das Kaufverhalten zu ermitteln, sind natürlich alle Einkäufe dort gespeichert. Hat mir sogar eine Mitarbeiterin im Kundenservice bestätigt. Sie weiß sogar das Kaufdatum.
Aber nach sage und schreibe 10 Tagen WhatsApp Chat mit dem Service , stellte sich nun heraus dass ich das defekte Gerät nicht reklamieren kann ohne Rechnung. Obwohl Kundenkarte...
Freche 10% im Onlineshop wurde mit angeboten.
Ach, das Gerät ist jetzt nicht ganz 15 Monate alt. Frechheit sondergleichen...
Ich sitze jetzt auf einen Warenwert von knapp 400€ mit den ganzen Duftspendern die ich nicht mehr verwenden kann. Denn ich werde mir ohne einen Austausch des defekten Gerätes dort nichts mehr kaufen...

"Brilliant service as ever"

I visited the Watford store and, as ever, received excellent customer service. The staff in any of the stores visited, whether in the UK, at airports or abroad are always superb, very professional, kind and patient. This time I was served by Charvita and she took time to explain the different products. I have also been served by Ella and Linda in the past and again their service is second to none. Their birthday gifts are also so generous. I really love Rituals and have been buying their products for years. Their online is not good and I therefore always purchase in store either in London, abroad or locally. Well done! Great products. Brilliant service. Would definitely say to them sell the half size rooms sprays as more customers would buy them.
