One price that looks like a markdown is posted on the front page of a score (I found this on multiple pieces), until I see in my cart it's over a dollar more than advertised (false advertising). Items added to the cart now default to multiple copies (bad practices). There is absolutely no way to actually contact a Customer Representative (questionable practice).

Recently I purchased Mannheim Steamroller Christmas for flute. I was surprised and disappointed to discover it was an MP3 not a cd playalong. I am 79 years old and have no idea how to use this, nor do I want to buy new equipment. After several failed emails I resorted to contacting you thru a "review". Finally got an unhelpful email from Amy. I'm asking for your understanding and a refund. I will never use this music. I ordered new music from you and am eager to listen to the accompanying cd. thank you.
