Goodbye Print - Never got my order - I Ordered a quick 'Next day A5 Notebook' it just got lost in their system, unprocessed. Then was told by their Ai agent 'it was late because of flooding in South Wales' This isn't based on any facts. there is no reportable flooding in South Wales. - So that a first being lied to by a chatbot - very odd given LLM requires something like that to be added manually.
