General all round service is great but I have to say that, as an occasional user, using the templates for a feather flag was an absolute nightmare. They appear as pdf files which are unalterable so a design cannot be overlaid. In the end I had to download the template, scan it, copy it into Powerpoint, then edit a design into the Powerpoint and then save as a pdf. Even then I needed 2 or 3 phone conversations with Benjy to get it right!

Last month, I ordered from HelloPrint for the first time (it was recommended by our event organizer/partner), and I was very impressed with how smooth the process was. I always get anxious when dealing with printing vendors—worrying about whether the leaflets will arrive on time, in good condition, etc.

I spoke with Michael from their team because I was placing an order from Slovakia that needed to be delivered to Spain (and therefore via their Spanish website and I don´t speak Spanish). At first, I felt a bit lost, but Michael made everything effortless, and I knew my order was in good hands.

I also have to highlight HelloPrint’s transparent approach to timelines—clearly outlining when to submit visuals, when to review and approve them, and how each step affects the delivery date.

To sum it up, I will definitely be ordering from them again. Plus, their prices are unbeatable, which makes it even better for me! :)
