Setting up the book order was straight forward, uploading the 104 page publication was very quick, the publication was checked and feedback regarding the quality of photoes etc. provided. The order for 100 copies, at a very reasonable price, was finalised just after 10:00hrs on Friday - all the books arrived on Tuesday afternoon 4 days later, excellent service. The books are of a very good quality, cannot fault them at all.

I ordered some branded pens at around 10am and received them the next day at 10.30am, I couldn’t believe it! The service is brilliant, delivery outstanding and the quality even better, oh and let’s not forget the price, cheapest I’ve found and I work with trade printers too! Highly recommend if you’re looking for great prices, quality product and fast delivery!

I ordered totebags for an event 1 month prior to the event. The order was delivered to a neighbour which sent the order back to HelloPrint. I followed up with DPD and they said that HelloPrint has all the details but that didn't seem to be the case. HelloPrint offered a reprint of the totebags and guaranteed that they would be delivered to me today. I followed up as I could see my order yesterday but it had an error when I looked today. When I followed up I was told that the order didn't reach the productions order system therefore my order won't be delivered. I was just offered a refund and that was it. This place had so many great reviews but it seems their customer service is very poor and they have technical issues they need to iron out.

About 20% of the pens were scuffed/marked (brought them to giveaway at an event, to represent my brand), I went back and forth with an AI agent, who offered a 10% discount on my next order, assuming I would use them again! I then had to go through the pens 1 by 1 to take pictures and prove what I was saying was correct, a long drawn out process where I agreed to a 20% refund in the end, I think a replacement order would have been good service but life's too short.
