Having been a longtime customer of Helloprint for many years they have gone downhill quickly. My order placed 27th November 2024 was due for delivery on 5th December, when it did not arrive I checked DPD tracking and the shipment was stuck at customs (it was coming from Germany). I contacted Helloprint, it took them 2 days to respond, Lauren said if it was lost I would have to wait until 17th for a reprint. It was lost, but then I had to wait another day for a reprint. DX quickly delivered the reprint. As an apology I was offered a discount off my next order, I tried to use this before the expiry date and it didn't work. Reached out to Helloprint and it took 2 days to respond again, too slow. They need to up their customer service, not virtue signalling with B Corp, I will not be using them again. You can ignore any delivery estimate on your order, you have to pay extra for a guaranteed delivery, otherwise they do not care.

Vraiment très déçu de la qualité d'impression et d'emballage.
Deux commandes et pour l'une, c'est la totalité des flyers qui sont inutilisables.
Pour l'autre, au moins 50% des cartons contiennent des points blancs.

Par ailleurs, la qualité de l'emballage est à revoir : 2 des 5 colis reçus pour la 2ème commande ont été ré-emballés par Colis Privé car les colis étaient éventrés.
