I tried lumity before with amazing results. However, due to lack of employment during covid, I could no longer afford it. However, I repurchased the 3 month supply and hope I can continue taking Lumity. They truly are incredible and true their claims

While customer service was very kind and apologetic, my order remains in NJ which makes me wonder when and if I will actually receive my vitamins. I love how the vitamins have increased my overall well being however if shipping continues to be an issue I may have to cancel my subscription.

My package was sent back to sender without me knowing based on an address issue. Lumity immediately reached out to me to let me know & to sort resending. They also kindly & proactively changed the date of my next subscription delivery. Impressive customer service.

i was trying to make a rewards purchase for 2 sets of the travel bottles. well the site took my points but did not complete the order. i assume it as operator error. i called about it and got a representative (Paris) on the line and she listened to what i did. she then went in and cancelled out everything, gave my points back and sent me an email with the discount codes to use and to do it on seperate orders. Paris was excellent in getting this situation under control and was very helpful.

I accidentally purchased the body oil instead of the facial oil. I attempted to cancel the order or apply the money spent to a new order. I was not able to get in touch with anyone and my call was not returned. It would be great if there was a cancellation option.
