"Disappointing and too expensive"

Like all things iCandy this item cost far more than it should and it was delivered faulty. The screw was cross threaded so I've been unable to attach it to the pram, awaiting a response from iCandy about a resolution. Poor quality given how expensive it was. Its also very small, not a lot of room for my sons feet at all.

I made a mistake and ordered 2 of each item. I contacted customer services via email on the Saturday (day of ordering). I had a reply on the Tuesday (Monday was bank holiday) to say that 1 of each item had been cancelled and a refund issued. I received the refund within 2 days.

I have bought the ICandy Peach 7, and the day it has been arrived my partner an I have gone to put the pram together and the bottom of the pram frame is completely snapped, the box was completely unmarked so I can only assume that this has been damaged in transit and packaged anyway. I’m extremely disappointed as I thought I was paying for the quality with this product and I did not expect anything like this. I never want to write a bad review and was really looking forward to having my dream pram with my first baby, this has caused a lot of unnecessary stress and regret, as we bought the pram with the complete bundle which was not a cheap product!
