I order peach 7 full pram set and items are missing i contact with them and tell them these item’s are missing on the same day when i received items they respond me after 6 days and tell them we are unable to help you we are not able to send you missing parts
The wrost service i have ever seen when i said give me a refund then they said we are unable to give you full refund
I contact with them on same day tell them these items are missing i have all proff of contacts and emails that i send them now they said you contact on 29 may it’s totally wrong i have all proff i contact with them same day send them email as well

Like all things iCandy this item cost far more than it should and it was delivered faulty.The pushchair have missing 1 pieces and 1 clip is broken.(get broke during delivery or fabric fault not sure about it) Poor quality given how expensive it was. Waiting for response from costumer servise about next steps..

Both baby and I love our Icandy peach 7, it really is a must have. The quality is amazing the pram is great on all terrain. I love how we are able to click baby’s car seat onto it, perfect for when baby naps in the car. The carry cot is super comfy and spacious for baby, and it converts so easily into a lovely upright pram. Besides the pram being amazing the staff at Icandy have been equally as amazing and helping answering any questions we had. I would most definitely recommend Icandy to any new parents, a must have!!

We recently got the new icandy peach which was easy to assemble. We love our new pram, it’s light, easy to use and our baby loves it.

"Wouldn’t recommend "

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t be recommending ICandy to anyone. We have the peach 7.

Instructions are imaged based and used with a black buggy so you can’t see the images all that well.

The car seat shoulder pads are TERRIBLE, tbh the design of the car seat is all round terrible.

The pram is huge and very hard to attach anything onto it, it’s the biggest pile of faf I’ve ever spent money on, I wish I saved the money and went with another brand.

So disappointed in the product that I had been so excited to use my entire pregnancy as my heart was only ever set on an Icandy.

The pram is very low so can barley use the basket underneath this also makes it hard to see baby whilst out walking. Next to nothing can get through the tiny gap that is left underneath to access the basket.

You pay over a grand for the set that also comes incomplete, if you want anything additional to the “set” you have to pay even more for it. I guess I wouldn’t mind if I thought it would be worth it.

After only 2 months of use the collapsing fold away handle button is stiff and julty.

The design of using zips is highly irritating as it is not “easy” in the slightest to get the hood of the pram put on takes more time than actually settling my baby.

When walking with the pram it glides to the right which is HIGHLY the most irritating part of the buggy, you are unable to use one handed so unable to walk my dog at the same time.

The only positive thing I have to say is that the quality of the fabric and leather is high. & the bag is brilliant. However this does not change the fact that the entire buggy is just an inconvenience. So upset.

"Peach 7 Cobalt "

I went for the the Peach 7 and I’m really happy I did! The build was a little difficult but if there is two of you, it’s not too bad to put together. We did put it together upside down but once we figured it out, it all fitted well. Once built, it’s so beautiful. I chose the cobalt colour design as I haven’t seen many of those around.
Top tip; keep the little circular disc thing you get with the instructions, it’s for pushing in a metal push lock in to help pull the connecting parts easily, we connected something wrong and needed to push the metal button in and turns out the little disc helps with that!
