"Part of my order hasn’t arrived with no…"

Part of my order hasn’t arrived with no explanation. The packaging was incredibly battered and the box looked like a returned item covered in sellotape. For the price of the product I’d expect better condition.

I just can’t u sweat and why your shipping for Ireland would be 40 euro, and it takes 5 days …. It’s wild to me and I’ll never purchase form icandy again.

We ordered an Icandy Peach 7 in Coco at Christmas time last year and we have to say, my wife and I think the product is excellent, from the quality, to the aestethic and most importantly day to day comfort for our little boy!

The product was very easy to build with very simple instructions and the team at ICandy have literally thought of everything to ensure ultimate comfort for both baby and adult. This includes for myself, having a coffee cup holder to use whilst out on morning strolls, a raincover for typical english days and a footmuff to use during the winter. From newborn stage we have used the pram for anything from long duration sleeps (in the bassinet) to strolling through more difficult terrain in our nearby park. Now our baby is 6 months old, we have converted the pram to upright and this was a really smooth, easy process and our baby still loves it!


We also wanted to mention the new colour - Coco which we are in love with and often, whilst walking through our local high street get stopped with compliments!

We really couldn’t recommend the product and the Icandy company enough!

I bought the iCandy peach 7 in biscotti and it is brilliant! Used the bassinet everyday in the early days for naps as it is safe for sleep, and converting it to the chair was easy, my baby loves it. It’s a very stylish pram and very easy to use. Customer service and delivery was fantastic too. Highly recommend.

We absolutely love our iCandy peach 7! It has been easy to fold away in and out of the car, really sturdy, comfortable for the baby, and looks so beautiful! We are often getting compliments on our buggy! There is plenty of space under the buggy to put bags/shopping - our puppy also likes to lay in there too when our walks are too long! The customer service has been amazing. Thank you!
