I bought the icandy peach 6. Setting pram up was a bit fiddly as instructions were image based and weren’t the clearest but pram itself is good quality. It does scratch really easily though so beware! Its also really heavy and bulky not as easy to close as I thought it would be and won’t fit into the boot of smaller cars eg a polo. Only reason for score though is that mine had a missing bumper bar. I did buy in Jan when I was 4 months pregnant, have only just got round to opening and setting it up after having my little girl earlier this month so only just noticed. Unfortunately when contacted, iCandy said I will have to buy a bumper bar due to length of time passed, which is a shame after having spent so much on a pram, I would have expected better customer service.

We'd bought the twin pram in advance but was aware it wasn't due to be released until mid May beginning of June. My twins decided to come early so new baby and me store in Leeds was helpful and helped us out but unfortunately we still have not received our full pram I'm having to put 1 child in the bottom basket as i-candy don't have the full fixtures for the twin pram yet and My twins got too big to share 1 carry cot so hence 1 has to go under the pram in the basket which is ridiculous and outrageous. I have phoned and phoned the new baby and me store and they've been as helpful as they possibly can but they have informed me they have passed my details to i-candy for them to contact me directly but I got a phone call last week from new baby and me to ask if i-candy have been intouch and surprise surprise NOPE!! To top it all off the pram is broken as they have to recall prams back as the front wheels are cracked but I have no other way to get my twins around so this morning I receive a text asking me to fill out forms but unfortunately my mums just had a stroke I have twins im trying to get to and from school daily with my 6 year old I'm struggling I haven't time to sit and fill out unnecessary forms. It's not the 24th June and I still don't have my pram we paid for. I'm livid and will be complaining in anyway possible...

Purchased iCandy peach 7. Was initially delighted - it looks beautiful. Baby now four months old and regret buying it.
Carry cot bigger than most and lies at a slight angle so when out for a walk (on a flat surface) baby (who is pretty sturdy) slips down to the bottom of the cot which means he is totally hidden. I was told this was normal! It is not and I haven’t witnessed the like with any other pram. The remedy suggested…stuff the bottom of the carry cot with a blanket to prevent him slipping. Poor.
Button to adjust angle of carry cot or buggy sticks continually.
Frame loose and rattles badly when the rocket is on which means I can’t actually use the rocket because the rattle is so loud, wakening the baby/preventing him from sleeping, rendering the rocket defunct.
Hood slips back when walking and needs to be pulled out continually.
To be fair, it folds easily, once figured out, which was one of the reasons I bought it.
Given this pram cost the guts of £1600 I would have expected MUCH better quality. Would not recommend.
