"Awful customer service"
Awful customer service. Ordered a bar for my buggy online on Jan 4th worth 25 pounds plus 10 pounds delivery to Ireland. Recieved an email saying there was a delay to delivery due to Brexit but would be resolved by the end of the week. Roll on three weeks later and no word unless I email. I recieved a reply to my last email on 25th and out of the blue I'm now being asked to pay an additional 14.50 pound for delivery to Ireland. Ridiculous and totally unfair to be retrospectively charged when clearly Icandy didn't have the foresight to plan for Brexit that has only been coming for the last how many years?

I bought a pram worth a lot of money they hood and the basket of the pram totally disclosured from the sun it was moonlight grey and this happened anyway contacted icandy as I had another baby and needed to use this pram it was only 1 year old at this stage as I have to young babies I waited 9 weeks for new pram coverings to come they left me with a pram for 9 weeks I could not take my baby out they did not care anyway my option was which I wasn’t happy was them sendin me out new hood and basket to add this to my pram I do not like it as it’s not what I purchased and mine was discontinued can any one tell me it’s discontinued and they sent me out a replacement which does not match what I have bought have I got case here with icandy as I am not happy such a big company to treat customers like this after buying expensive goods Kerry Anne Porter was the worst she had me crying non stop they way she was treating me three emails leaving me waiting all the time how could it take 9 weeks to get something like this sorted she caused me severe illness with stress the lack of customer care was just appalling from her how they get paid to treat buying customers like this.
I am not happy I would like a refund seems my pram is discontinued after a year can anyone tell me if I have rights to be able to get my refund I would never buy from icandy all The years And money spent on these prams and in the end this is what I get appalling !!!!!

"BRAND NEW ICANDY PEACH FAULTY!!"
If you purchased any item online during the baby planet online baby and toddler show last weekend I urge you to check your items immediately.
I purchased over £1000 worth of goods for my baby arriving in May and assembled my Icandy Peach pram this evening.
The box arrived very tatty and clearly used but I figured that without an additional box on the outside perhaps it was in transport that it got knocked out.
Upon opening the box, the frame itself was scratch in places and the plastic bag it arrived it unsealed.
The clips where the basket attaches one is broken off and the metal piece is now rattling around in the metal tube of the frame.
To top it off, the basinet frame is also faulty meaning the carrycot and car seat cannot be fitted to the frame at all!!
I paid over £1000 and so far have been sent a factory second, faulty pram.
I would never use this company or attend any of their baby shows in future as a result.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Your after sale service is simply shocking!
I ordered a footmuff and it arrived in a different colour to the one I had ordered. I contacted their customer service to return it and I was told they would charge me £10 for sending it back. Doesn't matter, if the item sent was a wrong one or not. The woman on the phone wasn't even bothered and was really unhelpful. I was left speechless.
I sent the item using Hermes service and they received it over two weeks ago, yet they still haven't refunded me. It is obvious the company is not doing well, as trying to rob their customers. Really and truly disgusting! Will never ever buy anything from them again and will actively advise all my friends against this shambolic company

"The Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Received"
The worst customer service I’ve ever received, even more so given that I’ve spent over £1100 with them. I purchased the foot muff to go with my travel system and wished to return it as it was poor quality compared to other universal foot muffs on the market, it wasn’t properly waterproof and the zipper was flimsy and awful. iCandy do not provide you with a prepaid return postage label, like most decent companies do, and instead insist on you contacting them for a returns code before you’re even allowed to send the item back (you still have to pay for the return postage yourself). It took over two weeks for somebody to reply to my multiple emails requesting the return code. When I finally received the code, after pinning someone down via Facebook, I sent back the item straight away via courier at a cost to me of £8. When I eventually received my refund, iCandy had deducted a further £10 from my refund. When I contacted them to ask why and to request the full amount, I was eventually told (again after lengthy delays in them replying) that the £10 deduction was a ‘restocking fee’. A what?!!!
Their website says that £10 could be deducted if either you use their courier service or if you return the item after more than 14 days with it being ‘incorrect’ (I‘m not quite sure what this means but either way I contacted them to request the returns code well within 14 days of receipt and THEY took over 14 days to reply with it). I met neither criteria for a £10 deduction yet they’ve refused to refund me the £10 that they’ve wrongly deducted.
As an online consumer, I have the right to a full refund if I’m not fully satisfied with an item yet iCandy don’t seem to understand this and still refuse to refund me the full amount. It’s made no difference to them that I’ve spent over £1100 with them either. They can’t be contacted via telephone (recorded message tells you to email them and then automatically ends the call) and they take forever to reply to emails. After multiple emails to which I receive the same abrupt unhelpful reply about a ‘restocking fee’, I’ve given up. Their returns policy states ‘If you are not completely satisfied with the item purchased, it can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt’ but they’ve refused me a full refund. I got bored of the email ping pong so I’ve given up. They can keep my £10 if they need it that badly.
However I would never ever recommend them to a new parent wishing to invest in a travel system as there are far better products out there in the same price bracket and I’m sure their customer service is far superior (I mean it can’t get any worse). The poor customer service is pretty unacceptable from a company who have placed themselves at the very top end of the pram market with regard to price. Avoid them. Spend your money with a company who appreciate their customers.

"Rain cover for my pram"
I needed a new rain cover for my pram, I ended up buying 3 different ones as each time it came it was the wrong one so it cost me £90 in total. The website is very poor and has a picture of the rain cover folded up rather than actually open and on a pram so then you can make sure you order the right one. I needed the carrycot pram rain cover and the information provided on the website is poor. I ordered a seat/carry cot rain cover first- this wasn’t the right one. I ordered the peach blossom carrycot rain cover thinking this must be the right (as it’s a peach blossom pram) one but it wasn’t right either. After trying for the third time I got one that fit. I have now got to pay £10 to send the parcels back. I feel the website doesn’t make it clear so then they can charge you to send it back. Quite disappointed considering they are such an expensive make of pram etc.
When contacting customers services, really unhelpful and abrupt.

"Really disjointed in the service this…"
Really disjointed in the service this evening. I spent a fair amount on money for a delivery and it had two items missing and was delivered after 2 and half hours after placing the order to begin with. When phoning to shop to see if they knew what had happened,
The girl on the phone insisted that the icecreams were in the bag, implying
I had lied about having them. I have ordered from you guys numerous times, totally compliant that you are busy and basically the only sweet store that delivers. But tonight was disgraceful customer service and if you believe you are inexperienced in a matter like this, then best left to someone of a higher status so they don’t insult the customer like you have with myself. Not only am I out of pocket, I’m upset with the way I have been treated.

"Excellent Customer Service"
Excellent Customer Service, deserves even more than 5 stars! I had an issue with an older model Peach travel system, my query was dealt with promptly and with true customer service in mind every step of the way. Every solution was looked into and was resolved with a better outcome than i ever expected.

The customer service is poor no apology for missing item had to buy elsewhere- luckily I found the part online for £50. I really didn't want to contact the customer service again they just haven't been very helpful.
Also wouldn't sell me a changing bag to match the pram after it was added to the bundle a few weeks after purchase, no reply to email. As for the pram itself (lime) it's a nice pram but overpriced, it was also scratched on the metal. Expensive mistake I won't make again.

to charge customers over the top prices . carrycot at £140 and that only the fabric. i had buy the frame which is £85. the handle another£15. this is daylight robbery from icandy . shame on icandy.
