"The worst customer service ever…"
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We had a car accident that resulted in our icandy chassis being damaged. We asked icandy if we could buy a replacement chassis and they refused. They want us to buy a whole new pram kit despite only the chassis being damaged. No empathy or understanding. Be careful not to have an accident with your pram, otherwise you’re on your own.

Purchased icandy lime pram for 700 quid the worst pram i have ever had cant steer properly wheels bad designed even on flat pavement never mind curbs!! Do not recommend at all, in past had oyster 3 much better sturdy pram

I had a icandy peach double and my child fell out of the chair and suffered an injury due to the faulty straps of the icandy peach double.
I changed my pushchair three times and the straps continued to snap off i had to write to icandy to make them aware.
it was a nightmare as I had a toddler and a baby and safety should be deemed first before it’s was sold to the public. If they were aware the 90 products where faulty the company should of recalled the products back not remain and had them sold to the public.
such a simple design failure regardless how minor the damage it may seem but my child has been left with a scar on his head and that scar will be with him for life.
The responsibility of insuring safety for a toddler and a baby is the number 1 concern for all mothers.
Accidents happen however my trust was placed into this product I assumed it was reliable practical and safe for my baby and my toddler due to the flimsy buckle that snapped of it was as thin as a toothpick why was that acceptable in the production line?
I’m very disheartened at that time icandy peach double was the only double pushchair that was out there but now there are different ranges
I made icandy aware they said my toddler must have weighed over the required amount of the pushchair I said no that’s impossible my child isn’t a super baby.
I sent a images of the straps in which it secures the child in place and it was thin and cheap and flimsy how can the production miss that?
My child has been left with a permanent scar on his head due to the design flaw in the icandy peach double it is a scar he will have for life.

I have just received my pram back (The orange) from having the gold service and wow it is amazing my pram basically looks brand new. Great customer service I am surprised at some of the bad reviews personally as I think they are great and there product’s are great. I would highly recommend them.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. THEY SHOULD BE CALLED iCrafty RATHER THEN iCandy. CRAFTY CRAFTY CRAFTY COMPANY THAT JUST WANT TO DRAIN MONEY FROM INNOCENT CUSTOMERS. WE ARE HAVING TWINS AND SO WE BOUGHT THE iCandy Orange TWIN PRAM BUT FOR SOME REASON, SOME DELIRIOUS PERSON OR TEAM FOR iCandy DECIDE TO ONLY PROVIDE 1 DUO POD IN THE TWIN SET. APPARENTLY THIS IS JUST THE WAY IT IS...?!?? SO ONE OF OUR TWINS WILL HAVE THE LUXURY OF A VERY IMPORTANT DUO POD FOOT MUFF AND OUR OTHER TWIN WILL GO WITHOUT AND HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING....THANK YOU iCandy FOR BEING RIDICULOUSLY STUPID AND INCONSIDERATE. WHY THE FFFFFFFFF DO YOU ADVERTISE AND PROMOTE THIS PRAM AS A 'TWIN' PRAM WHEN IN ACTUAL FACT, THAT IS NOT TRUE AT ALL!!!!!

"NOT FUTURE PROOF"
NOT FUTURE PROOF despite claiming to be. Footmuff colour discontinued year we bought it, 1 year after release. Now, double buggy attachments in chosen colour disconnected so we can't do the one thing its advertised to do. Not answering phone, email or messanger. This brand was to be a serious contender. We regrettably chose icandy instead of the uppa baby vista.

The worst customer service I have ever seen.
Both rear wheels on my pram failed after a usage of less than 1 year. I ordered replacement wheels, but one of the bearings is stuck so I can't install the new wheel. I can't get help from the customer service.
Haven't been able to use my pram for days, and the customer service does not reply to my emails. When I chase them with a follow up email, I get a reply with further questions. When I answer the questions, I get silence in return.
Completely unsatisfied with the product and the customer service.

"Great product and even better customer…"
Great product and even better customer service. I purchased ICandy Peach designer edition in 2017 for my firs baby. I was very happy with the look of the pram and the quality of it. The chassis was heavy but this is because you can have two children in the pram at one time. 2020 i had my second child and i was happy to use my Icandy again however the pushchaire was damaged at the airport on one of my trips with my firs son. I called icandy customer services qnd they asked me to send it back so they can repair it. Instead they replaiced it and i got brand new seat within few days. I definitely recomend the product as the quality is great and the customer service is even better!

It broke after 2 weeks, they sent me a loan to then fix mine
The loan they sent was faulty, so now I have 2 faulty frames I can’t use!
Recieved terrible customer service, no one is willing to help me and considering it’s such a popular brand it’s disgusting..
Avoid using at all costs..

"You have to take the carrycot apart now!"
I purchased an Icandy Peach 5 last year and my baby is soon due to move from the carrycot to the seat, but what Icandy have suddenly changed without making it clear is that you now have to take the carrycot apart in order to make the seat unit. So whereas you used to still have a usable carrycot with their prams before, now you don't. And to buy an additional frame will cost you a staggering £240 if like me you want to continue using the carrycot for naps for the baby. Such a con. You're better off buying a second hand pre 2018 one or just getting a completely different brand now as they have gone downhill. My pram arrived with a faulty hood too. The customer service is shocking now.
