"Pram"

Pre Ordered My Pram and it hasn’t even arrived yet nor have i had an update on when it is suppose to arrive. This was February.

"I love my icandy Raspberry but it has been discontinued"

I love my icandy Raspberry pram and I got a bundle at a greatly reduced price but I didn't realise that I was buying an old, discontinued model. First it has different features to those I'd seen on the YouTube video and second I am unable to buy extras such as the carrycot as this is no longer produced. The pram itself is a joy to use!

"Nice footmuff/ dodgy pram"

The footmuff that I brought directly from icandy was good. I did however by a travel system (peach 6) last year around may from John Lewis while my little baby was still in the nicu ward. The pram it self is nice looking. The issue is, to fold it down is now so difficult. It doesn’t seem to lock anymore and takes a few attempts to get it to lock. I don’t think I’d recommend the pram because of this and considering how much they actually cost.

"Extortionate delivery charge"

I had to replace my lime raincover. I think it's very thin and flimsy and overpriced. The delivery charge for this tiny, letterbox postable item, was £25 to "the Highlands" despite living just off an A class road on the mainland and definitely not in the Highlands. Yet it would only cost £10 to deliver to The Channel Islands where a plane or boat is required.

"ICandy did not process my order for 3…"

ICandy did not process my order for 3 months, despite phone calls. Eventually they cancelled the order as they could no longer fulfil the order due to department closure. Very poor service for a company that likes to think its service is much better than 'just ok'

Very quick service but items weren’t wrapped just in a cardboard box. Neither feel as good a quality as the previous ones I’ve had.

"Cheap, complex and not sturdy"

Very complex and difficult to use
Weight wise is good
Wheels are very small and not sturdy enough for the safety of the child. I do not recommended this product at all; cheap looking and overall unhappy

"Stay away from icandy"

Didn’t want to give a one . But would not let me write on here otherwise. Brought twin package everything. After a couple of months felt very wobbly and unsafe . Rang icandy was told to go back to where purchased. Bumpstart. So contacted Bumpstart and buggy was picked up and returned with sticky wheel problem fixed( it wasn’t nothing to do with wheels . Then just 10 months later the whole frame snapped. After having no pushchair for weeks and a lot of back and fourth phone calls . Yayyy it was collected by icandy to then be told on a joint where snapped they said I had apparently sawn it in half and they won’t do nothing . I sprayed oil on break to slide a jubilee clip on to try to get home with my babies. Absolutely disgusted with the way I’ve been treated with the orange twin . Would never ever recommend the orange as a twin . Very wobbly and customer service is absolutely appalling. They still have my whole pushchair and said I need to discuss or sign disclaimer accepting broken pushchair back . Or I can purchase new frame at a cost yet to be discussed
