First time Ive used Shore - really happy with the service and products. Ive struggled to get hold of Oxbow products in the UK for a while now and they have a good range of t-shirts etc. One day delivery did exactly as promised - arrived the next day! Many thanks!!

Extremely bad service and awful painful ordering process. Order arrived very late, communication poor and customer service (Jordan) has the cheek to tell me on the phone that he was disappointed that I had complained. Not sure what has changed as always used this company but won’t be spending another penny here again and will warn all my friends too.

Absolutely appalling customer service and a returns policy that stinks!
Do not buy from these people. If you return an item for a bigger size you have to purchase the replacement before they refund the first item. Then they don’t refund the item. Luckily MasterCard have offered to get a full refund.

I have ordered and paid £90 for a snowboards wheels bag 9 days ago.
I needed it today as I do other board sports.
My snowboard trip thankfully is in Jan so it is not complete disaster and I will spend my money elsewhere.
The Shore just send me an email telling me that the snowboard bag I want us out of stock?!?! 9 days after my order!!!
I must stress I had once before such an experience and the company in question sent me as apology a gift of sunglasses, neck warmer and stickers but to be fair to them they found that someone took the item I ordered 2 days after I ordered not 9!
I’m still not sure how long it will take to get my money back as they haven’t mentioned it.
Poor service! AVOID!

Fantastic! Ordered a dagger Stratos 14.5S kayak at 1.30pm on a Tuesday it arrived 9.20 the following morning. This is my first order from Shore.co.uk but on this experience I will definitely be a returning customer. Great service and I highly recommend them

They had a wrong size chart for billabong wetsuits. I did get a refund but not an apology and spent 30 euros for shipping and the return for nothing.

Awful. Order 1 day delivery. They missed an item. They resent it the next day to the wrong address. No compensation. It's been 5 days, no apology. Do not put the customer first or care.
