Ordered Dryrobe front seat covers for my VW T6 great price and order received in 3 days great customer service, my only recommendation is that the DX delivery company they use would not allow me to choose a safe place for my parcel to be left, only option was to leave with neighbors or change delivery day so neither of these were any good to me, luckily my wife was unexpectedly off on the day of delivery so she saved the day. So just something Shore, might want to look into, otherwise a great experience.

Ordered some wall racks for my SUP's recently - didn't realise at that point this is a shop I've visited on a few occasions when down in East Wittering - the online experience has been just as good as visiting the shop (which is well worth the trip).

One of the racks arrived with some bits missing - after contacting Shore they sourced some more from the manufacturer and sent them to me. This is great and such a contrast from the big internet retailers who just ask you to return the whole thing and re-order. This way seems much less wasteful and a more satisfying shopping experience. Great customer service Shore, thank you.

Ordered a pair of Teva sandals very last minute and realised I hadn’t selected next day delivery. Emailed the shop and Chris responded sending me a link to pay the difference in cost and said they would be despatched that day to arrive next! They did and I was delighted.
