"Tried to buy a wetsuit. đ"
Bought a oneil wetsuit for my partner online for her birthday. Payed for Saturday delivery only to get a call friday at about 1ish to say they didn't have the stock . A call which I missed because I was working like most people . Tried phoning back only to be told the person I needed to talk to wasn't there and he would phone back . Which I thought was fine. Gave it an hour and nothing so tried phoning again . Just to be told the same thing . Tryed to explain the stuitation to the person on the phone . Who didn't seem to care and it want to help or offer any alternatives there is no customer service . I have been in and around surf shops for 25 years + and this is by far the worst experience I've had ..

Great experience. Shore had the Patagonia rucksack I was looking for on sale ÂŁ30 cheaper and had a very smooth ordering and delivery service. Reached me in just under a week.
Only comment to them would be to fix the search function on their website to make it quicker to find what youâre looking for by filtering out irrelevant products. If you type âPatagonia bagâ in the search the first thing to appear is a load of shorts so you have to spend ages scrolling through to find what youâre looking for and a less motivated person would easily have given up.
Great selection of products and prices though.

"Amazing customer experience and support"
Honestly one of the most fantastic customer experiences Iâve ever had.
I ordered an item that said it was on stock online and got an email from Chris to say that unfortunately it wasnât available, I was offered a refund immediately. An hour or so later, Chris reached out to me and let me know that the item I ordered had just arrived at their warehouse, and I was able to pick which item I wanted as Chris sent me a photo.
Iâll definitely be shopping here again!!

"Excellent customer service"
Ordered a Yeti Tundra 65 from Shore, prior to it being delivered they got In touch to let me know it was ex display with a few scratches. They offered money off or ask if I minded waiting for a new one to be ordered. More than happy to wait, husband has been looking at the Yeti for some time. It arrived, well packed, took the husband 10 mins to get into the parcel. It was missing the tray so I contacted Shore who where fantastic again and arranged one to be sent out. Shore have been fantastic with their communication, customer service has been brilliant! Will definitely order form them again

Had an O'Neil suit where a seam failed after a couple of months. Shore took it back and sorted new suit via warranty with O'Neil. Very smooth process and great communication from Shore.

For ÂŁ180, I was expecting a better quality wetsuit. The glue on the exposed stitching looked like a childâs craftwork. There was no paid return label either. Their recommendation on the return slip was to pay for an insured, tracked return via Royal Mail. Iâve not paid that amount of money for a product that didnât come with a pre-paid return label. Unfortunately, it cost ÂŁ12 to return a poor quality product. I wouldnât recommend.

This reply projects blame back on the customer. There should be a prepaid return like most reputable companies. My review remain poor.
Iâd recommend Wiggle that has a seamless purchase/return process which is especially helpful when purchasing a wetsuit that requires trying on to get a good fit and is not the easiest purchase to get right the first time.

Unfortunately due to a website error the medium top I ordered somehow changed to a large. This happened again after I sent it back and reordered.
After speaking to Chris, he sorted it out very quickly and efficiently. The correct size arrived within 24 hours and sorted out refunds.
Very happy now as I have it ready for Christmas đ
I will definitely use this company again.
