When one delivery company failed to turn up, Shore quickly arranged to send a new item with next day delivery to ensure we got our parcel before Christmas. Very prompt and efficient service from Chris.

Great service from Shore...my delivery was delayed however this was an issue with The Royal Mail and not Shore! The Shore customer service team were quick to respond to my query, the solution was out of their hands but they apologised and kept me up-to-date.

First time using Shore. Through no fault of their own due to the postal strikes my order was delayed. I contacted Shore regarding this and was very impressed by their communication - I had a personal response within 2 hours on a Saturday night! Order has now arrived and products excellent value. Would recommend Shore, especially for their customer service.
