We bought a Wave Sport Scooter kayak from Shore after shopping around on the net, and was won over by the free next day delivery.
Such a large item, you really need to know when it is arriving!
I placed an order Sunday evening, and 09:00 Tuesday (next working day) the shiney new Kayak turned up, well packaged and exactly as described.
Overall the service was top notch, and would buy from Shore again.
p.s I wanted to change the size of the paddle after the order was placed, and customer services was very happy to change the order before dispatch.

We found Shore on line, telephoned to check the Kayak was in stock and was reassured and told it would be booked immediately if done online which it was, next day was too quick so we arranged the day after and it was there as described on time. We are delighted with the Kayak and would recommend anyone to deal with Shore.

"Steer well clear"
Brought shorts from them which had a real bad static issue. Embarrassing to wear tbh. They looked 5 years old after day 1. The quality is awful.
Henry wasn’t interested at all in exchanging them saying it’s not with in their remit as they’d been worn once. Thing is until worn you’d have no idea. I’m very disappointed in the shore.
Basically they’ve know just ignored me all week. So now I have a pair of shorts il not wear. I’ve tried washing them loads and tried all the tricks. Theyre unwearable and I’ve lost out.

Plenty of images of products when displayed individually / Ordering and check out is clear and simple / Delivery is quick and can be tracked ( all my orders I received within a week and I live in Greece ) Great Prices , huge selection and PayPal checkout .
Customer Service is extremely helpful and the response is fast and informative.
Overall my experience using Shore.co.uk has been faultless and I can easily say the best online site for clothing etc that I’ve ever used .

"No refund for faulty clothing"
I bought a number of t-shirts from Shore. After a few months of normal wear, two of the Quiksilver t-shirts developed faults in the stitching (rendering one of them unwearable). I contacted Shore for a refund and provided photos of the issues. However, they wouldn’t refund me because I’d had the t-shirts for more than 3 months. I tried to explain that I thought it was entirely reasonable to expect a quality brand item of clothing to last longer than 3 months, especially as I’ve been wearing other t-shirts (including Quiksilver) for years with any issues, but they still refused the refund.

I bought my wetsuit from shore.co.uk.
Buying a wetsuit online is always tricky, because most of the uk stores display the sizes according to the UK size chart, which is one size up the labeled US size, but there're exceptions. So even if you know the exact size of the model that you want, you always need to ask what size you need to pick when placing the order.
My email to the support was answered within minutes and after I placed the order I got it shipped in 3 work days to Portugal with no additional shipping cost.
Last year I had ordered a similar wetsuit form Surfdome, in their online store is clearly stated that every size is a UK size, I payed the express delivery, waited a summery of 10 days for the delivery to be shipped and the wetsuit was the size I picked but in the US sizing, so one size bigger. Communication with the support was supper slow as well.
In comparison with the bad experience that I had with Surfdome, I appreciate Shore.co.uk service even more.

"Great service and shop"
I've used Shore a few times this year and the service has always been great. They have regular discount days for Roxy/Quiksilver/Rip Curl and other brands, which often have the best prices I can find on the interwebs, so for a tightwad like me, that's a huuuge plus.
Yes, it would be better if they did free returns on everything like the bigger stores, but on the plus side, they're based in the UK. So at least you don't have to pay to ship your purchases back abroad (have encountered several surf and non-surf shops this year that are based overseas but sell through UK domains and it's really starting to annoy me - can you tell?!).
But back to Shore - they have a lovely shop in the Witterings, which is worth a browse if you're down there. It's not too big or too small, is well-laid out and has friendly staff. I've also been to one of their SUP days and got a free goodie bag out of it, so that earned them some points.
Only slight hiccup I've recently discovered is their interpretation of Roxy sizing (not really their fault - Roxy have a weird system that doesn't match the top and bottoms of standard EU/UK sizing), so make sure you check Roxy size charts before ordering. e.g., I ordered a UK 8 wetsuit jacket from Shore a little while ago, and they sent me a Roxy size 6, but I noticed it was a little loose (not enough to return it, thankfully) I then checked all measurements at Roxy-UK, and worked out that an R6 actually translates as more of a smallish UK10, and that a Roxy 4 is closer to a UK 8 (of course, the only way to really check this was by buying a shiny new wetsuit, haha!).
Anyhoo... I would recommend Shore to everyone in spite of the sizing thing as their prices and service are so good. Five stars.

"Excellent service!!"
I'd like to thank the team at Shore, and particularly Chris, for his the help in resolving an issue for me. I incorrectly ordered for Saturday delivery without checking the cut off times last week. The true test of a business is how they respond when things go wrong (even when it was of my own making).They responded quickly and efficiently to my request for a rearranged delivery to an alternative address and made a concession on the postage charge.The order is now safely with me in time for my holiday.

"Bought 2 jackets…"
Bought 2 jackets for my wife's birthday, neither were a good fit so had to return. I had to pay £13 pound postage to cover insurance when I complained about this I was told tough you should have read the terms and conditions. I had to pay such an expensive postage to cover the insurance of the return. A real back water company with terrible customer service and idiots working for them. Go to Anns Cottage or Surfdome much better!!
