the item was smashed beyond use by the delivery system, though it said fragile , the parcel was obviously thrown around without care. However the customer service for returns and refunds was exemplary. I was asked for photographs, return was freee and full refund without a quibble.

Wasa just about to order chocomel from this site then saw the complaints and bad reveiews and not one single reply from papaval!
I won't be purchasing off these people thats for sure they can't even be bothered to answer and defend their bad comments what is the chance they will sort your issue if you have one. ZERO
