I ordered 6 tubes of Oral B whitening toothpaste at £3.69 a tube (because they wouldn't allow an order for less than 6) on Amazon from this scam outfit. What i got was 6 tubes of Oral B toothpaste with £1 RRP written into the packaging. When I complained they said there was nothing wrong with what they sent me. After intervention from Amazon they said I can return it for a full refund.
First of all, I don't trust them to refund me.
Secondly, I am not paying to return something that they should never have sent me.
Strongly recommend that no one deals with them. They are dishonest.

Only 2 of 6 items were delivered. I was given 3 tracking numbers. Only one gave updated information. I raised this issue with a member of the team. They said the item would come and to give it 2 to 3 days more. I requested updated information for the other two tracking numbers. I was then told that the rest of the order was processed for a refund. I have ordered from them before and everything was fine. Unfortunately, this time round the service was not very good. There was no information as to where the rest of my order was and why the tracking information was several days old. I wouldn't order again as it was an of putting experience. However, the refund was processed very quickly.
