I originally placed an order on February 17th for Next Day Air costing 43.06. I then received a call stating that Saturday shipping through UPS is not available in my area. The rep offered me a partial refund of $18.02 , which changed my shipping into 2 DAY AIR! Well it have now been a week of me not receiving my package. I talked to another lady rep and she was so inconsiderate of the issues that I was having! It's like she was more focused on their profit than my concerns! Let me say, I also paid for package protection. Therefore I asked the lady Rep if she could just reship my package but instead for Next Day Air, I was willing to pay the extra $18.02 back again that they already refunded me 6 days ago, but she stated to me that she did not feel comfortable doing so, because even though UPS said the package was lost she didn't believe their words. I asked her if I just pay the difference that you already refunded could I get a reshipment for Next Day Air due to her stating that UPS already claimed that they lost my items... Her words to me was if she reship all 9 of my items I would have to repay for the entire shipping cost for Next Day Air which is 43.06. I explained that if I pay 43.06 for Next Day Air, I would be over payover you all. Then she stated well we could offer you a refund but that will still be taking a risk! At that point I was over the bull and requested the d*** refund.
Here's the highlight of the story... She refused to reship my items cause she thought I would've gotten double the order, but after my refund was placed by them, they called UPS to have them hold the order and to send the package back to them. This is so unprofessional to me! Why couldn't you all just do that the first time!? Just hold the order at a facility like you all just did and reship my package again! You all made me go through all of this for nothing, when all you could have done was just listen to what I was saying!
