"DOES NOT HONOR COUPON"

They provide you with a coupon for 10% off that said it could be applied that order. I purchased numerous items, some of which were 2 of the same item for "bulk discount". At checkout, I am not able to apply the 10% off your order. I explained this twice before to a customer service representative, and continue to see the same pop-up, let alone coupon in my order. How stupid is this advertising. Never want to shop here again.
