Missing product info, lazy customer service staff, poor website design, hostile attitude towards customers.

Made a purchase that was labeled as in stock. Got told it got delayed due to not being in stock. Days later item was still labeled as in stock but yet still told it was going to take another week or two for product. Don’t bother with this company.

I have ordered twice from the company. Both times the delivery was fully or partially delayed by two weeks in the last case before I canceled. You advertise products you do not have and charge credit cards regardless. When part of an order is canceled, you stick the customer for full shipping. I am done with the company and won't be back.
