"Do not use MSB Solicitors"

Do not use msb Solicitors. I already had been catastrophically let down by 3 professionals which led to the loss of my company. Msb agreed that I had been wronged and arranged for me to sign an agreement with them stating that they would send a letter of claim to the defendant. They charged me over £2,500. After receiving my fee, they changed their opinion and breached their contract with me, refusing to send the letter of claim. After taking nearly 8 weeks to respond to my complaint, they agreed to only give me a partial refund. I have been left out of pocket and even more mistrusting of these so called professionals who think they are above the general public. I am disgusted and I am taking my case against them to the Legal Ombudsman and the SRA.

No consistency in who is handling my case. Over a month of delays due to “IT issues” meaning letters weren’t sent out, not informed of any of this until I repeatedly chased. Get the impression they do not look at or action anything on your file until you chase them, was told 6-8 weeks to complete. This is a simple case and I’m now on month 5 still no completion. Avoid this firm.

Definitely stay away from this company. They do not respond to calls, do not respond to emails, not professional and come up with all sort of excuses for not getting back to you.

"Poor service all round"

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this soliciting firm on a recent buy to let property purchase.
I was assigned a case handler whom consistently ignored or did not responded to my emails or enquiries, I would consisterly have to make an effort to try and get a hold of someone in the firm to to understand updates with my case.

It got so bad that the firm partner had to personally handle the case and proceedings.

I was offered discount on my soliciting fees, but the stress of having to chase consistently was not worth it. I personally would not look to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

"Absolutely useless- Steer well clear"

Absolutely useless- Rosie McGarry has 3 times given exchange and completion dates which everyone has agreed on then been uncontactable on each day so we still haven't completed. Has repeatedly misinformed everyone as to what missing pieces of the puzzle there maybe remaining. Have never encountered this level of incompetence in a conveyance or missed agreed exchange dates- is there any understanding of the stress, expense and disruption this causes? Clearly not as she can't even be bothered to reply to our solicitor, her client or the agent- what a bunch of amateurs- steer well clear of MSB.
