I was trying to find a fanless NVR to replace an old unit. I telephoned DDS to confirm if they sold them? The gentlemen I chatted with had great knowledge and walked me through the options on their website. I ordered a new Uniview NVR which was scheduled for arrival on Monday, but in fact it arrived the next day on a Saturday! Plugged in the new NVR, working brilliantly with no noise.

I have used DDS for 11 years now and can’t fault any service I have had, in the beginning I felt I was never off the phone to them sorting my world web connections out , I know have DYNAMICS which changes automatically when my internet provider changes my web address, although reconnecting me each time was not a problem to DDS it was to me as.
