I am extremely frustrated. My husband gets a discount on online estate planning with this company through his work, but although their rates are reasonable, we can’t afford to pay upfront. I got an email today that said I could make payments with no fees or financing and then I get to their website and it’s through Klarna which charges interest. I reached out to support and they apologized and said they’d escalate it but I disappointed they wouldn’t check their facts before sending out that info. If my math is correct if I did the lowest option I would pay almost $100 in interest. It is highly unlikely I will be using their services.
