Overall I was satisfied with this program. Initially I was hesitant to use it because it required payment prior to seeing what would be provided. I am only willing to pay for a product once I can see what I am getting for my money. The program should be similar "turbo tax", allowing one to input all the information and review before being asked to pay. I hesitated for some time before I decided to "take a chance". I received the completed forms timely, with clear instructions and follow up. In the end, we are happy with the results.

I thought doing this would be very difficult but you made the process easy and understandable. Some of the steps could be clearer such as having documents in CA witnessed and notarized but overall it was not difficult. Stating requirements for each State would be a good option.
