I have been 'chatting' with your company for what seems like hours.
I wanted to add an address and phone number for a beneficiary. YOUR AI told me to go to Distribution, etc blah, blah, blah. I did this and learned you can't do that. BAD AI, BAD AI.
I was told I would receive the review with the printout of our 'conversation.' Nope. Another 'chat' with AI. This time they directed be to this website. Another AI told me there was no way to leave a review.

In the past year I had two folks in their last days that needed wills quickly. Trust and Will was easy to use and economical. The probate attorney said they will were excellent and well done. It saved a lot of problems.

"Wonderful Experience with Nice Assistant"

I am changing my rating to 9 stars out of 5 because after I mentioned my difficulty with printing the documents, the nicest person helped me get all the documents I needed. Personally. It was a really positive experience, and the person couldn't have been more understanding of our situation.
I would have paid extra to have T&W print them and mail them to my house. Turns out when you're old and tied to the house, T & W will be certain you get those documents.
This really meant a lot to me. Could not have been happier. Good company.
