No matter how you go about it, making a trust/will whatever is a major pain in the ass. Frustrating, stressful, and time consuming.
Ridiculously REDUNDANT amout of legal mumbo jumbo to print out and in the end everything goes to our 2 adult children, plain and simple. Pay us hundreds of dollars plus hundreds more in add ons and hope you're doing it all correctly.
