We paid for over thousand pound for the waste big bags,Cardboard sticker and Food waste Bags, and signed contract three times a week for the waste collection agreement. Now NWH didn't come to collect the waste at all, despite us still having over a hundred bags left. This is a complete breach of the contract agreement. We called the Edinburgh site manager, Mar 2023, he said that he passed this to his boss. At Aug 2023 we still have not heard back from his boss. So I called NWH officer , she said that she will arrange driver to start to collect the waste again, one week later, called back. She promised that she will arrange it . Now its Nov 2023 , We have been waiting for three months, still nothing happening. This company NWH took my money and provided no service, even with signed agreed contracts.

I was looking to take out a new waste management contract and called NWH group.
Lucky for me Simone Paul picked up my call.
Simone took the time to explain the company’s services to find out what best suited my needs.
She is extremely knowledgeable in what services would suit me and my business.
She was extremely patient with all my questioning. Nothing seemed a bother for Simone.
Her communication skills are first class and every phone call and email I was promised arrived exactly when I was told they would!
Without simone’s expert knowledge and guidance I would nodoubt still be searching for a waste management company!
I have signed up with NWH now and everything is in place but since I’ve had to call Simone up and ask for some things to change and again her after care skills are impeccable to say the least!
