Do not send your Drone to them. This company is just out to rip you off. I sent them my drone, it needed a frimware flash to calibrate the gimble. They wanted 4 hours labor and $342.00 in parts. For a DJI mini2 se. I asked them for a breakdown on the parts, they refused. They told me my $535.00 invoice was not negotiable. I had to pay $89.00 plus shipping to get my unrepaired drone back.

Overall, I had a positive experience. Six out of the seven that we sent in had the necessary repairs done. Although I don't often use the internet, their "Service Detail" was simple to understand and intuitive.

They Destroyed my sensor not fixed it. took them 2 months to finish a repair that was so badly done. they did not replace the cord on the sensor they fixed it with electric tape and it was coming off. I sent it back again and they sent it right back to me. Run away from this company.

Acme did well to rebuild a circuit board that shorted during a thunderstorm. Was within their time commitment and the assigned service advisor advised me every step of the way.

"I wish I had taken the time to review"
I wish I had taken the time to review them. Their phone number does not go anywhere. I contacted through email. Declined repair due to cost, but there was no Credit card option to pay the bench fee, only wanted a money transfer or hard check. I was told through email that there was not CC option. Still not able to get through my companies red tape to get a check, meanwhile the 'storage fees' are building up. I was contacted by a person to remind me of our past due fees and when I told them we were trying to get a check because they don't take CC's, I was told that they do take CC's and now suddenly there is a CC option. I have screen shots of the original options. I paid the bill but have not received a confirmation email and it's not showing paid when I return to the pay now section. I'm afraid to pay again because it looks like it's not paid, but I don't trust that I won't be double charged. Meanwhile, they can still charge more storage fees. Please, do not use this company. I'm going to get into a lot of trouble for going outside of our normal buyers to give this company a chance. Don't make the same mistake.

As many people have written, company is not trustworthy. I have filed a complaint with Colorado BBB and Colorado AG.
I hope other people will do the same.

"One Star is too many"
One star is too many! Good luck getting a response on their "online only" model. DO NOT do business with this company, they are a sham. The final total of my invoice did not add up correctly, added $50 somewhere with no line item. They do not offer support, basically say look at the website, you're on your own. TERRIBLE COMPANY

I wish that I had seen the reviews before I sent my binoculars for repair. Now they are gone. I filing a police report but don't expect to get a result. It is hard to deal with a firm like this across the country.
