I'm a tenant and recently had a plumber come look at the heating duct baffle as existing was falling apart and i do wash every so often due to being OCD & an asthmatic to then proceed to tell me that baffle isn't really required. Well I beg to differ therefore purchased it myself. Not hard to do.

"Everything was very good except…"

Everything was very good except I was told that the delivery date would be between 12th to 16th of May. I booked my installer for 8am on the 16th (guessing that they (2 units) would have been there by then) and had to cancel my installer on the Friday because I couldn't find out if it would arrive on the 16th. Anyway, it did arrive at ~8.40am on the 16th, so my gamble didn't pay off, but it wasn't an issue, I just got my installer to come back on another day. I shouldn't have booked the tradesman so close to the limit of the expected delivery day.
