Once installed, the ambient air temperature around the outdoor unit reduced dramatically as the hot air was not being recirculated in the area. These deflectors are definitely doing their job as described.

Loving having heating and cooling in my studio/home office. The unit is simple to use and I've integrated it with my home automation using an additional product sensibo. Highly recommend oz air online, their delivery provider has a bad wrap online and I experienced a small atall in delivery. Hopefully oz air make a change to a new provider.

Good fitment and mostly easy to assemble. Only issue was the nyloc nuts supplied for magnets was difficult to tighten for the 2 bottom one due to the recess for a screw/bolt (unable to get spanner or socket in there). Overall works well directs air upwards as designed. Magnets strong enough to hold and doesn't budge.
