I placed an order with LocksOnline but unfortunately there was an item missing from the order I rang their sales dept. The call was quickly answered and I reported the missing item. I was assured by Adam that the missing part would sent promptly This was around 2:00pm. The following morning, at 8:30am a parcel arrived with the missing part. Certainly a company I am happy to recommend and will deal with again.
