Customer service is fantastic. We had a problem with a crate of slabs - we got a faulty crate twice ! However, they dealt with the problem, understood the situation we were in ( not being able to finish our patio ) and they sent replacents out quickly. In the end we got a refund for one of the crates and they sent this through quickly.
Both phone conatct and e mail contact were excellent.
