"High quality service, performance and support"

User since 2012 we use Greengeeks mainly to host multiple WP and Humhub sites (a bit of Moodle and Drupal).
We are extremely satisfied of the quality of service, performance and support of the tow ecosite pro and one premium.
When there is a problem (e.g. security) the support is very effective in supporting the resolution, even if we are the 'cause' of the problem (faulty configuration, smtp, etc.). And the performance of shared hosting is very good.

For me it's 3 things! #1: In order for me to support my clients I need to have a hosting support team that can respond quickly to my troubleshooting ticket. They never fail. They respond quickly and have the correct solution. That is not always the case with other hosting service support teams. I've been down the rabbit hole of trying to find solutions and wasted many hours. This not the case with Green Geeks. #2 : the bandwidth and server response times are great. I have clients with large portfolio websites and they work great. Plus my hosting plan is affordable! I can run my small freelance business on a shoe string budget without sacrificing quality for my client's websites. #3 I am choosing where to put my money. I can't tell you about my latest experience, because I don't actually know what happened, I just couldn't log on. Tried everything I knew (admittedly, not much) and then I called the techs. They fixed it, fast and friendly ...whatever it was.

If you're someone who doesn't know your SMTP from your SSL, this service has your back.
