"I've needed technical support quite a…"

I've needed technical support quite a few times since I opened an account with Green Geeks. I manage three websites. I'm not strong on the back end of the websites particularly when it comes to such things as transferring domains and migrating websites. The tech support team has usually been very helpful, although at times they've assumed a greater degree of technical understanding than what I have. In those instances, I've had to ask alot of questions to get them to speak in plain English and leave out the technical jargon.

Literally one of the best companies I deal with. I don't really know where they are on cost and I originally signed up years ago because they were so carbon efficient but their customer service is outstanding. I wish everyone could do it the way they do. Please don't change!

Green Geeks chat assistance has always been friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions or issues I've had as a customer. I'm not 'the most tech savvy' and they're ... Brilliant.

As a new GreenGeeks customer, I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent service I have received. The migrations of my websites from other hosting companies were complicated, but the GreenGeeks migration team did an outstanding job, communicating with me every step of the way and solving all the problems. I feel very comfortable contacting support as the GreenGeeks tech support team aways responds very quickly and is happy to help. They are also respectful and patient with my 74-year-old mind that may need a little more help with the technology! Also, it is consistent with my values to be with an eco-friendly company. "Super support "

It was 4 in the morning my time and 5 AM theirs when I got online at GreenGeeks with a billing issue. Not only was the man cheerful and polite, but he knew the solution to the problem almost before I finished explaining it. A few hours later, I got an email from customer support, confirming the solution I had been given that morning.
From billing information to customer support, GreenGeeks is the best company I could hope to find. And Tech support doesn't laugh at me when I have an ID10t problem!
