I have a pending invoice for renewing the service, however I also have an affiliate payment stuck in your system, that I cannot retrieve. Minimum payout or some nonsense. Anyways I'm not happy.

"Charged me after I cancelled and initially refused to refund"
First year's hosting was cheap, then charged me $300 to renew the most basic package.
They make it difficult to cancel (you have to open a support request to get the cancellation link).
Update:
I am no longer fighting with them to get them to refund a charge they made after I cancelled everything. After writing a negative review, I was refunded immediately. I have changed this from a 1 star to 3 to reflect the eventual resolution.

"Great until they took up anti-green labor theft “AI”"
I was very happy with GreenGeeks until today’s announcement of an “AI Site Builder”, the least “green” thing they could possibly do, trained on stolen labor of human web designers like the ones who pay them for hosting - a complete betrayal I hope will be rapidly reversed.
UPDATE: To clarify, major AI companies took training data without license from creators (permission or payment) to build their tools. Licensing such tools is like buying a car from a chop shop.

"Horrible System Admin Interface Not Working At All"
Since I transferred my account (with 30+ domains/websites) from Bluehost to Greengeeks, NOTHING AT ALL WORKS. Every single operation I need to do in a CPanel (such as -say- create a new email address or update domain parameters) fails every single time, and I need to contact support and spend 30 minutes on doing something that would normally take me 30 seconds. Every. Single. Time. I. Need. To. Do. Anything.
I have been a client of Bluehost for over 20 years, and while I wasn't completely satisfied with the service (hence I changed), I had far more issues with Greekgeeks in one year than I had with Bluehost during 20 years.

I have used lots of hosts for my marketing clients. I've used all the "big" guys. I found GreenGeeks and Thank God I did. I started using them first for one server, then a reseller, and now I use them for ALL MY CLIENTS and VPS servers! Their service has not only been FAST, but affordable, and their customer service is PERSONAL. Responsive. They listen! They fix the problem, they don't leave me in limbo. Shout out to Ron H. for even keeping me aware of changes in the industry to help me stay on top of migrating more clients and WINNING more business! (plus a SEAMLESS ONE DAY migration of a big client -- now locked in for LIFE!) NO OTHER hosting company would do that. The other "BIG BLUE" company tried to BUY me out, heck BRIBE with "FREE" services and ACTUAL *CASH*-- but I know it was just empty promises that would leave me hanging in the long run. Leaving me out to dry, having my clients hurting -- calling ME when their services went down...ALWAYS jack up the prices on renewals... and the saddest shit like BLIND BILLING without warning on made up "services."I love you Green Geeks! (Can I get some free merch? :) I threw away all my other stuff!)
