I've been with GreenGeeks for more than 10 years. I never had such knowledgeable and quick tech return. With my previous Hosting they were down many times a month. In all this time, GGeeks if they were down I don't even remmber. I switched for I found that in a rank on hosting ISPs speeds, they were #3 and their price was right, and I'm glad I did!! If you're looking for reliable service don't wait anymore.

Green Geeks is a great provider. They have super cheap plans, an amazing support and about all the options you might need.
I've been with them for years, moving from another provider that was closing and the move was super easy to do.
One thing that sold them to me was that they're eco-friendly with green energy and they will plant a tree for every account's opened.
ETA: I forgot to mention that their servers are very stable, I didn't experience any downtime or it was so short that I didn't notice it at all.

I have used GreenGeeks for about 10 years and can tell you the one reason I continue to renew my hosting subscription with them (beyond the fact that they are very reasonably priced): when you need someone to help you, the GreenGeeks team doesn’t even hesitate. They jump in immediately to help and they get any issues resolved quickly. The big thing with hosting—I’d say the main priority—is having a company you can trust to be there for you when it all hits the fan. Big or small, whatever the issue, I can say this team has pulled through consistently for 10 years for me. I know I can trust GreenGeeks, and that’s why all of my clients use them too.

I've been hosting my own website as well as client websites with GreenGeeks since February 2018. I can probably count on one hand the number of times my website has been down, and each time it was only momentary. Their 24/7 chat customer support is top notch (I've never used phone support, though it's also available...just a preference) and their tech team is just the best. I've been building websites as a full-time vocation for over 14 years now and I will honestly say I have found GreenGeeks products and customer service superior to the many other providers I've been exposed to over the years.

I'm incredibly happy with GreenGeeks services, which is why I moved all of my hosting clients over to their services.
Not only are their servers super fast (consequently, my websites load much quicker now), their support is super speedy, too. I mean, they usually get right back to me with helpful solutions, not canned responses like I've experienced with other companies.
They're also very ethical! For example, they're not pushy, nor employ tricky tactics in efforts of getting more money out of me. I've dealt with some of the biggest hosting companies over the last two decades, and let me tell you, most of them are so aggressive with their sales, it's super obnoxious. With GreenGeeks however, that's not the case and therefore I have total peace of mind dealing with them.
