"Secure your money! Support ignored requests! System does not work!"

I spent over $1400 on you. Several emails sent to support! I have 2 problems. 1. Laser does not fit on "Rapid Adapter" 2. Glock 5. does not repeat. Support wants to sell me another laser and offers me 10% discount. Don't bring me because the Glock 5 doesn't repeat. Just want to sell and then give no support. Every delivery to Switzerland costs me $80 no matter how small the package is. An impudence how the customers are treated. I will check everything with my lawyers. I want all my money back!

"I purchased the Glock19 Gen 3…"

I purchased the Glock19 Gen 3 compatible trainer and I have it installed on my PSA Dagger. It does take a little bit of "trial & error" to get the fit perfect so the slide lock would engage fully. After it did, I downloaded the free version of Mantis Laser Academy and started familiarizing myself with the Coolfire trainer and the software. So far I am satisfied and I am thinking about how to incorporate more training during my week/weekend.

Shipping was as advertised and I have not had any issues so I have not had to contact customer service. I would recommend Coolfire Trainer to folks I know. I do like the idea of training with the most realistic feedback possible.

"No support?"

Product arrived relatively quick, no dramas, good communication.

But it ended up there. I have reached out to the support team several days ago (with email acknowledgement) and no response. So I will probably have to initiate a return.

"Four issues. No remedy. Patron lost."

1) The barrel package that I wanted (sig 320) was not available during the Black Friday sale. This would not really have been an issue if I was allowed to purchase it on backorder at the sale price. To take advantage of the sale, I had to settle for a different weapon platform (sig 365 macro)

2) While navigating the site, I was unaware that selecting by weapon type took you out of the bundle package option. I thought I was buying the full bundle because it asked me to select several drop downs that had the bottle, barrel size, adapter needed etc. It behaved exactly the way It did when I was selecting all the drop downs on my initial purchase attempt (sig 320). This lead to me to purchase everything but the laser for the (sig 365 macro).

3) When I finally did receive my order and realized the laser was not in it, I reached out to Coolfire to see what happened. It turned out that I would need to buy the laser separate. I asked if I could get the laser with the same Black Friday discount, because I intended to have it with the original purchase and the only reason I didn't was because there was no discernable difference in the ordering that process that would make you aware that you had left the "bundle section" and entered an order that included everything but the laser. ( I am at fault here. I didn't notice the difference). However, I was offered no remedy.

4) After having to pay full price on the laser and pay for shipping again, I finally had all of the necessary components to begin training. I go to charge my barrel for the first time and.... pshshshsh. The CO2 leaks directly out the back of the tank toward the rear of the barrel. It wont hold pressure at all. I called Coolfire again and explain the situation. They refuse to replace it and ask me to send it back to be "fixed". I don't really feel comfortable receiving a broken part and then sending it back to be cracked open again to be repaired. This is more wear and tear on an already defective part. So now I am WAITING. AGAIN.

In conclusion, poorly designed website, no ability to purchase back order items, poor customer support when dealing with additional order meant to be in original order, poor craftsmanship and broken items being sold. poor customer support dealing with factory broken items.

I will never purchase another product from Coolfire. I will never recommend the company or product to anyone. I will heavily discourage any of my friends, family, customers who shoot at our range and attend our marksmanship courses, customers who come into the gun store, from interacting with the company in any way.

At any point along the many issues I have had with this company, You had the opportunity to address the grievances I was emailing or calling about. Even Just one occurrence of good customer support or "make it right" attitude would have been enough to retain my patronage. Each of these issues alone are easily forgivable and understandable, ( I have a couple of my own companies) I know s*** just happens sometimes. However, this string of problems with no effort toward a solution has painted a picture of a business and a culture that I cannot support.

"Well worth the hefty investment!"

Waited until I used this enough to make an honest assessment: It’s freaking AWESOME! I’ve had it about a month and am almost done with my second “soda maker” CO2 Bottle. Yes, I’ve really used it a lot! (Estimated 3,000 “shots”) After 2 weeks of use, I went back to the range for a “check” to see if I had actually made the advances I felt I had. I was quite surprised - 2 weeks away from the range but very regular training at home - and even the range safety officer recognized that I had made a great improvement in groupings and follow up shots! Went back to the range again today, and I’m even more impressed. What kind of accuracy and ability will I have a year from now?!?!? (I learned what a crappy “draw & shoot” ability I had on the first day. I’m improving on that as well.)
It is a hefty upfront investment, no doubt! But, honestly, this system has already paid for and proven itself to me.
No, the recoil is not quite that of my 9mm Glock 48, but not too far off.
I have not had any need to contact Customer Service, so I can’t comment on this matter. Every question I had was answered on the website.
