I ordered flooring from more for your floors through eBay, They were super helpful and the flooring came within days due to a delay with the couriers which I expected anyways due to the lockdown. The flooring is great quality and I can’t fault it at all I will be using this company again In future I definitely highly recommend this company.

I have to admit these guys are usually top notch but my latest order of a house worth of carpets and underlay has gone that wrong it sent me looking for somewhere to warn others.
I am now on my third failed delivery and am still waiting for my carpets. You have to call customer service every time to find out the item isn't coming, they never call you. They then offer a half hearted apology, with the words "all I can do is arrange another attempt". First excuse was that the van collecting the carpets was a hire van and not big enough. The second excuse was that the carpets were at the wrong depot. The third excuse was that there was a shortage of drivers and it was still at the wrong depot.
I would advise anyone to find someone else if they can, especially if your order is time sensitive. As I say i have never had an issue before and these problems do occasionally crop up. However i have never met a company who cares so little and is as inept when there is an issue.
Avoid if you can, I certainly will in future.

James. While I appreciate your quick reply, I am not totally impressed by the shameless plugging of how good you normally are. A lot of my review content and the reason why I left this review goes to customer service quality when there is an issue. I have stated myself that it is unlikely that there will ever be a problem when ordering from your company. However your company's manner of dealing with issues that will always arise at some point is woefully inadequate. It has now been escalated to a customer service manager and we will see how that pans out. However I shouldnt have to have it escalated to a manager to see any realistic progress.
