In response to my last review 2.8.19.I was contacted for more details and promised an investigation, well surprise surprise nothing .... says it all steer clear of this firm.
As you have obviously have access to all the correspondence please see emails from 17th and 19th July and tell the truth about the goodwill gesture which has not arrived!

Order completely mucked up was left a message from the company for details contacted them with no joy had a message to say a carpet was to be delivered today between 7 am and 7 pm only to find out no carpet is arriving disgusting service considering thay took my money for a order thay could not fill notified me days later that thay couldn’t supply what I purchased customer service no help at all replacement carpets offered awful had to accept one near as but not the same as ordered this company has made a catalogue of errors leaving me very unhappy the fact thay have had payment and I’d have to wait if I chose a refund to reorder from else where would take days I’ve noted several other customers have had similar experiences as I have I feel very unhappy to my treatment from this company if thay can get extra money out of you trust me thay are happy to do so the customer is not important to this company do avoid them if you can
