"Wouldn't go back in a hurry!"
Eager to help as we were looking to buy 2 cars the same, 1 which they had in stock and the other they had to search group stock and Ford direct stock. Not very helpful when discussing part exchange prices as they wouldn't give much more than basic market value even though we were buying 2 cars from them. All the paperwork was sorted quickly and easily including the transfer of our private plates. Valeting wasn't particularly good as there were still dirty marks inside and out which were easily removed with a cloth and some soap. Worst thing was that we wanted both cars the same which in their favour they did find, however we were told they both had the 'appearance pack' which included keyless entry, which with us having a new born baby was brilliant as we didn't have to fumble for keys to unlock the car as it detected the presence of the key and unlocked the car automatic. This feature was described to us and we were told how it worked. Unfortunately due to us seeing the cars and collecting them while it was dark we never actually noticed that it was missing from one of the cars until we got home and went to lock it. We immediately called the garage and told them but was left hugely disappointed as they had no interest in trying to resolve it. I called another Ford dealer and explained this and they went out of their way to find out if it should have it or if was possible as a retro fit. Unfortunately it couldn't be done so we have to live with it (not the worst thing in world) but the fact we were given false or poor information with very little help afterwards makes me annoyed. We advised the sales dept that we might choose to return both vehicles due the fact that we were given poor information and very little aftersales assistance and their response was 'well that's ok if you want'. Overall the purchase time and paperwork side was quick and easy, the cars themselves are great, packed with features and gadgets, well built and enjoyable to drive. But don't always believe what the salesperson says as we found out the hard way. Question them and question them again and if need be check with another dealer or suitable organisation to be sure what their saying it true.

Peter Nesbitt at the South Shields dealership was extremely helpful, great knowledge of all Ford cars and explained the steps to complete the purchase very clear. Everything was arranged as per our agreement for when I picked the car up and he really went the extra mile by picking me up from the airport on his way to work.

I stumbled across this garage looking for a particular car, they handled my part exchange and the transaction was seamless.
They made some modifications and tinted the windows as requested and delivered it on a transporter it a few days later. We signed the paperwork at home and they collected my part exchange.

We couldn't find the right deal for us on a Focus mk2 down here in the Midlands. By chance stumbled across Jennings Ford, a long way from us but that didn't seem to be a problem
at all. Yes there is a delivery fee, but even inclusive of that overall cost was still way lower than anywhere by us charge just for the car !
Customer service was very good, they always get back to you
and are friendly with it.
Lastly, the car arrived in spotless condition and is a joy to drive.
