I first phoned after seeing a newspaper advert. The staff were helpful and polite. I then called for a test drive. The salesman and I then decided which model would be more suited to my needs. This model was sourced and consequently purchased.

As I am based in London it seemed a bit daunting buying a high cost used Ford over the phone.
However I have just purchased my second car from Jennings Ford and found the profesional aproach very refreshing.
The car as described on the website turned out to be exactly as shown, which is very important when you are parting with a large sum of money without actually seeing the product you are buying.
I have dealt with Mark Taylor from the South Shields branch on both transactions and have found him to be both informative and fair.
My only complaint is there was some confusion over the road fund licence which resulted in me only getting six months instead of the twelve promised, but I will put this down to a genuine mis-understanding.

I bought my car over the phone after i saw it on the jennings website. I spoke to a great guy called Chris Dickson who was very helpful.
We recieved a warm welcome on arrival, my son was even given some sweets so he was more than happy especially after the 3 1/2 hour drive to South Shields!
The paper work only took a few minutes to sort out and then we were off in our new car.
Couldnt fault a thing.

After owning a number of different makes of car,and never being a great fan of Ford, but never experiencing a Ford myself. I decided to give them a try. I am actually impressed with the service i have received!! nothing was any trouble, i did not feel pressured. Ford Direct were quick to respond and within a few hours i was on a test drive in the car i was looking for. Jennings Ford is probably the only Sales garage that i feel i received excellent service from.

Chris Dickson was a very efficient, helpful and friendly salesman. A fair exchange price was offered for my old vehicle, and a reasonable price paid for its replacement.

It was well worth the journey from the South East up to the North East, even taking into account the cost of petrol and an overnight stay, I still saved a 'bomb'!.

I would definately deal with Jennings again when I buy my next car.
