"Ford Fiesta Titanium"
Found the car we were wanted at Jennings of South shields, as we live in Cornwall it wasn't possible to view and get a px on our current car. However they asked me to describe condition etc and gave a fair valuation.
We also trusted that the fiesta was in excellent condition.
On arrival to do the exchange, Gary was brilliant, covering everything that could expected, the car looked great, and even had over half a tank of diesel. The road tax was already sorted, all in all probably the best car px experience I've ever had.

"Good experience but can be better"
Good experience with Jennings Ford Direct from South Shields.
A very helpful Arran Rain sent me an valuation for my part exchange car and told me were the car that I was looking for was located it( on a different place than advertised on the website )
Drove twice from Edinburgh to South Shields, once to see the car and agree on the details and second to pick it up.
The Sales executive Steve Ternent was helpful and customer orientated .
Definitely they could do better with another valeting company because my car wasn't spot on, actually cost me £20 to have it done again.
Another down side was the fact that I had fuel in the car that I bought less that I need it to arrived home, so cost me more money to add fuel too ( and yes I did ask for some extra fuel, which wasn't extra after all since I let fuel in my part exchange car too)
And the comprehensive 7days insurance which came (or should) with all Ford Direct used cars it's just on paper since I've been told at the dealer that if I chose to have that insurance will take more than a couple of hours to have it sort it out, when in my opinion supposed to be ready in the same time with all the paper work on the day that the deal it is concluded. So done it on line with my insurance company in less than 20min.
Overall good experience but the management need to pay attention also on the small and not that small details which will make the customer happier.

"Terrible service"
My car needed lots of work doing to it as paint as covered the seats and carpet within the car. Jennings ford at Stockton is my local dealership. After months of waiting for parts to arrive, Jennings had my car for two days. After collecting my car, despite a surperior valet being supposedly completed, the car was filfthy, alloys black with dirty and the inner valet was just as bad. This is the second time my car has came out like this. The service at this particular dealership is terrible. Staff think they are better than you and speak to you very badly. You never get a good job done and it's always a painful visit.

"Wrong diagnosis"
Took car in to get looked at because i was losing water in coolant. After nearly 2 hrs of waiting and without the offer of a coffee i was told it was the water pump and was quoted £245 with vat. Got the part ordered and told it would be within a week. After considering the price i decided to take it to a local back st garage to get another quote but to my amazement was told it was the radiator matrix that was leaking and my pump was fine. U quickly cancelled water pump with jennings to their dissaproval. I will never use jennings again and will be cancelling my monthly service plan

I bought my car over the internet with Paul Robinson my contact at Jennings. Paul looked after me every step of the way and I have nothing but good things to say about him, within one week from the first call from me to Nicola up there and including the dealings with the DVLA swapping private plates etc this car was delivered looking immaculate to my door down in Yorkshire, my old car was taken away at the same time. All the people at Jennings that I spoke to were a credit to the firm and deserve to get on. Yorkshire Ford dealers take note, there is a lesson to be learned here somewhere.

Bought a used Ranger from Jennings over the internet; a bit of a risk, as I had never done this kind of transaction before, and was obviously relying on trust. The vehicle was delivered as agreed, on time, and was as described. There was a problem with a light fitting, and the spare part was dispatched next day, with no questions asked. Mark Brown was efficient and friendly. I couldn't recommend them enough

I had a very pleasant experience at jennings when buying my ford ka. Peter nesbit from south shields branch was excellent, not pushy but new exactly what I needed because I wasn't sure being a new driver . Everybody at the branch was very polite and friendly. My husband and I have been back to Peter and bought another car for my husband and we will recommend people to him.We would not have known about jennings if it wasn't for the brilliant advertisement on Facebook by Sam Roberts at the Washington branch UK

I was treated well and given good information. But I was also promised a TitaniumX badge for the car. After two EMails to the Salesman regarding the above I have had no reply. I am disappointed that this has not yet been delivered to me. It may seem a small thing but it is important to me as it would finish off the car to my wishes, ty CH
