Any problems are always resolved with minimum fuss, which, is very rare these days. I have dealt with several garages and this one beats them all. My father and I have recently purchased a Fiesta and a Focus from the Jennings group and found staff at both the South Shields and Dunston branches to be knowledgeable and helpful about the cars on show without having to resort to pressurised sales techniques regularly encountered a number of years ago. Very refreshing! The result....we have purchased two vehicles within a couple of weeks of one another having found the 'packages on offer' to be the most attractive when compared to similar deals elsewhere. Well done.
