"If only all car salesmen offered this level of service........"

Had fantastic service from Peter Nesbitt at Jennings Ford South Shields, both before & after purchasing our Focus Titanium X. Although we had some initial teething problems we were never in any doubt that Peter would sort things out for us one way or another. We would definitely consider using this branch again.
Also good response from the Ford Customer Relationship Centre who assisted us during the "teething problem" period.

After seeing the deal our son got at Jennings Ford Dierect South Sields and looking for a new car ourselves we had no hesitation seeing what they could do for us
The whole process was a plesure from start to finish the salesman could not have done anymore

Couldn't fault the excellent customer service I received from Peter Nesbitt at Jennings in South Sheilds.

From the moment we arrived until driving away in my new car he was helpful and tried his hardest to give us the best deal possible.

I will definitely be returning in 3 years time :)

"Excellent service and friendly staff"

Excellent and efficient purchasing experience with knowledgeable and friendly staff - my second time buying with Jennings (and I am a customer from the South so all dealings were by phone) and I would definately use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal and quality car at a great price!

"fantastic product not so good customer service"

Fantastic car love it ! ford focus estate
Found dealing with jennings was ok the day i picked my car up sales rep got shirty as i didnt have full service history (he didnt ask the week before) walked away from me in a strop to talk to his manager after 10 minutes waiting he came back and said it didnt matter WHAT WAS THAT ABOUT ? dust caps missing ,nail in tyre ,annoying but not a deal breaker, Why penny pinch ? I would buy a car off them again no problem

I found my dealings with Jennings Ford a very pleasant experience. The salesperson Mark was very helpful and also it helped that I knew the sales manager personally so I knew I would be well looked after. Everything was explained clearly and my new car was ready for collection at the time arranged so all in all a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jennings Ford to friends and family

"Willing to travel 190 miles to buy a vehicle from Jennings Ford"

This is the second time I have bought a vehicle from Jennings Ford on the strength of an internet search. My previous experience with them was very good and I have no reason to change my mind, the purchase of the vehicle went smoothly and without any problems. Considering that I had not seen the vehicle until the day I purchased it I think that Jennings Ford offer honestly and good value. The also added value to my purchase with a number of add-ons.

Once I had returned home, a 190 mile journey, I noticed a door protector was missing from a front door, a quick phone call later and they were happy to reimburse me the cost, it was a 30 second job to fit it. The vehicle was serviced before I took delivery so I didn't even bother to open the bonnet to have a look, though I probably should have. However when I got home and opened the bonnet for the first time I noticed that the coolant level was below minimum. I was concerned that there may have been a leak, but after topping it up there appears to be no movement in the level. I mentioned my concern to Jennings Ford that this may have been overlooked and they will pass this on to the service department. Just in case I will continue to monitor the level.

All in all, Jennings Ford made it a painless task. Everything was ready for me and as I had been expected I wasn't made to wait.

Would I buy another vehicle from Jennings Ford? especially since I have a Ford dealership not more than 3 miles away from where I live. Definitely yes, because the service is better.
